One person trying to fix a broken system.

I built Workmark because I saw two problems that were clearly solving each other — CS students who couldn't get work experience, and small organizations that needed CS help they couldn't afford through agencies. The infrastructure to connect them just didn't exist.
The goal with Workmark is simple: make work experience grindable. Every project a student completes adds a verified record — permanent, portable, and attested by the organization. Stack enough of them and you've built something real. This should especially benefit first-gen students, international students, and anyone at a non-target school who's shut out of traditional recruiting.
Workmark is student-built — made by a CS student for the students and organizations it serves. One person, one mission: make it fair. If that resonates, reach out.
Change the way hiring works — make it fair. Workmark replaces the self-reported résumé with something that actually means something: proof.
CS students and SMBs both have something the other needs. Workmark is just the infrastructure to connect them — with a permanent record of the work that happened.
Whether you're a student who wants to build their Workmark record, an organization interested in posting, or just curious about the mission — I'd like to hear from you.
