About Workmark
Applying for jobs shouldn’t be a second full-time job.
We got rejected more times than we could count. So we asked the people doing the hiring why, learned what was broken, and built Workmark to fix it.
Our story
We applied to internship after internship and got rejected from almost all of them. We had real projects, internships and research behind us, but on a résumé it looked like everyone else’s.
So we went and asked why. We talked to recruiters and hiring managers, and kept hearing the same thing: every résumé makes the same claims, and there is no quick way to tell which ones are true. Good people get passed over because nobody can see their work.
That is what Workmark fixes. One link that shows what you can do: skills read from your code, experience confirmed by the people you worked with, and projects that are actually live. It helps you stand out in the applications you send today, and gives hiring teams something they can trust.
Work should find you, not the other way around. Everything we build is a step toward that.
